Delivery

We dispatch every order within 48 hours of purchase. Once your parcel is on its way you will receive a tracking email.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 5–7 business days, wherever you are in the world. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of €50 or more.
• Orders under €50: €9.90.

All taxes and duties are included in the price for orders shipped to mainland EU.

For orders under £135 shipped to the UK, taxes are included in the price.

Receiving your order

We use registered delivery, so a signature is required. Please make sure someone is home to sign for and collect the parcel. If nobody is available, the parcel will be sent to your nearest courier office. If it isn't collected from there, it is returned to our warehouse.

Changing your delivery address

You can enter a different address, or choose one from your address book, at checkout. We can't change the delivery address of an order once it has been confirmed.
